The Programme – 1 Day

This programme will explore the vital pre-requisites for effective CRM and will highlight the importance of adding value to achieve success. You will learn how to build long term relationships confidently and positively with clients and colleagues in a variety of situations. You will develop skills of persuasion and influence concentrating on best practice. You will gain skills in how to manage and build relationships in a working environment to maximise personal impact and proactive working relationships.


Delivery Methodology

Group work, individual tasks with a strong emphasis on practical application throughout. This course will be extremely interactive providing participants with the opportunity to practice their skills.
