The Programme – 1 Day

The programme provides you with a clear understanding of the link between a company strategy and the employee roles and responsibilities. You will be provided with an introduction to performance management as a progressive tool to both employee engagement and productivity improvement. You will be walked through effective performance management documentation, the process of conducting a performance management meeting and feedback models for results and behaviour orientated feedback.

Delivery Methodology

A practical and interactive workshop involving group work, individual tasks with a strong emphasis on practical application throughout. Our Specialist Trainers are very hands-on in their delivery style and will provide each participant with tools and techniques ready for immediate use.
