– Fruit and vegetables; why they’re important and how we can improve our intake
– Hydration; Simple tips to optimise your fluid intake
– Practical tips; Taking key concepts from the above and implementing them into our day to day routines
– Time will be kept for a Q and A at the end to ensure all questions are answered
