1. PROVISION OF WEB SITE SERVICE
The Site is owned and operated by Optimum Ltd whose registered office is at Optimum Ltd., 28 Westland Square, Pearse Street, Dublin 2, D02 F825.

Irish law will apply to this Agreement and both you and Optimum agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. All contracts that result from the use of this website are concluded in English.

10. YOUR STATUS
To be able to book a training or consultancy service with us, you must be at least 16 years old.
11. ACCESSIBILITY OF TRAINING COURSES
Any booking placed through this website is subject to availability on the training module. We reserve the right to decline any individual or company, or to refuse any booking onto one of our training courses.
Payment can be paid by credit card, PayPal (available on our website) or by bank transfer. Please note we do not take credit card information over the phone.
13. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
10 – 15 Days prior to course starting: 100% refund
5 – 9 Days prior to course starting: 50% refund
0-4 Days prior to course starting: 0% refund
No refund will be made to learners who fail to attend classes or who do not complete the course.
Businesses and individuals can substitute applicants prior to the start of the course without any additional payment. Optimum Limited reserves the right to revoke or re-schedule any course and or start dates at any time. In the unlikely event of cancellation, fees will be refunded, and a notification will be sent by Optimum informing about stated changes.
14. RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee that the website or any of its contents are virus free. You should take your own preventative measure in this respect, as we accept no accountability for any infection by virus or by anything, which has harmful properties. Even though we do our best to offer uninterrupted access to the site, we do not certify this. Optimum accepts no responsibility for any disruption or delay.
