He joined Optimum full time in 2017 having worked in the financial services, specialising Portfolio Management and Financial Advice. Ronan worked for Optimum Ltd prior to 2017 as a mentor and tutor on various financial and enterprise programmes. As Client Relationship Manager and Specialist Trainer, Ronan’s responsibilities within the company include Programme Management, Client Relationship Management of key clients and the delivery of professional financial training. Since joining the company, Ronan has professionally and diligently managed the existing client base as well as developing new relationships. Ronan has a passion for continuous learning and promoting a learning culture within organisations.

Barry, as QQI co-ordinator, is responsible for the oversight of all matters pertaining to quality assurance such as the development of new policies and procedures, programme development, delivery, assessment and continuous review.
