This module aims to prepare for a presentation, how to set objectives and how to effectively structure a presentation using a plan for maximum effect. Participants will learn how to ‘present’ information in a way that engages the audience and motivates them to listen. This module will focus on gaining professional presentation techniques, including a full appreciation of both verbal and non-verbal communication. Participants will design, develop and deliver a presentation and will in turn give and receive constructive feedback to cement the learning experience.
Managing Challenging Conversations & Advanced Coaching Skills
This module will focus on empowerment through effective coaching, managing challenging conversations and on the methods by which managers develop the performance of individuals in their team. Coaching is one of the most effective methods of enhancing performance. It involves deliberate and specific activities that are designed to help people develop their skills by learning on the job. Participants will be able to lead highly productive teams who are keen to learn new skills and as a result significantly increase the cost effectiveness and efficiency of their department/ organisation.
Establishing a Business Mindset
This module aims participant to gain a thorough understanding of a range of organisation structures and they will also learn about their mission statements, visions, their objectives and structures. Patricipants will be enhance their skills of financial management who want to deal knowledgably and confidently with financial information and be able to interpret figures and understand what lies behind them. This module will help participants to identify how to grow and develop their business; a critical skill for anyone involved in any industry and gain an understanding of what are the success factors for business growth.
Business Writing Skills
The module is designed for everyone in business who communicates using the written word. Paricipants will get the business writing skills you need, overcome “writer’s block,” learn to recognise and avoid common mistakes and receive advice on best practice proven techniques for delivering information powerfully, persuasively and professionally. This module will advise participants on the key principles for effective writing and discover the difficulties of writing business correspondence, both personally and within the organisation
Strategic Planning and Management
Every business must look to the future to ensure that they have prepared for the challenges that tomorrow brings and that they maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in order to keep the business alive. This module will provide the concrete tools and techniques to help analyze the business information available and to use this to strategically shape the future of the business. Participants will understand the concept and significance of Strategic Planning and Management. Participants will also understand to identify positive changes that will drive the success of the organisation.
This module provides participants with a practical and relevant best practice leadership skills which will support sustainable team and company development. Participants will evaluate their current leadership style and enhance their communication, performance management and motivational techniques. Participants will develop the skills to effectively lead a team and promote a coaching environment encouraging positive change.
