Why Interview Skills are important?

In today’s competitive employment world, it is more important than ever to have strong interviewing skills, whether you are in high-level management or a school/college graduate. Opportunities are lost if you fail to make a good impression and don’t apply key interview techniques during the process. Optimum Limited are here to help and support every participant gain the job they strive for (no matter the sector or industry).  During this Interview Skills Training, participants will understand the basis of the competency based interview and the methods that employers use to assess candidates. This course is extremely interactive providing participants with the opportunity to prepare and practice their skills and receive feedback.

Louise Burke has in excess of 15 years experience providing high quality, bespoke training, consulting and facilitation within all main commercial areas. Her areas of specialisation include Personal Effectiveness, Managing Performance, Building High Performance Teams, HR related topics including Talent Management. She has a natural training and facilitation style that encourages full participation and achieves maximum results.
